Overview oversee and manage the recruitment process, employee development, and HR administration. This role involves identifying hiring needs, preparing job descriptions, conducting talent searches, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing employee evaluations and training programs to ensure a productive and compliant workforce.

Essential Job Functions

•  Identify hiring needs and analyze job specifications to determine required knowledge, skills and experience of various roles.
•  Prepare comprehensive job descriptions, including company information, job title / overview, essential job functions, and detailed role requirements.
•  Conduct talent searches using internal and external sources, including social media, job portals, and the company website.
•  Screen and shortlist candidates based on minimum qualifications and preferred credentials, and ?ag concerns for interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, including telephone screenings and face-to-face meetings with department heads.
•  Manage employee attendance and performance, ensuring accurate records evaluations.
•  Develop and implement training programs, including technical skills, soft skills, and professional training sessions.
•  Enhance company guidelines and policies to improve employee engagement and ensure a productive work environment.
   

Working Conditions

• Hours of work [ Full time Position] Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Overtime expectations: May be required to meet project deadlines or address urgent customer needs.
• Work environment: A professional oÆce setting located within Haron Tower, our company building situated in the heart of Piassa.

•  Confidentiality Agreement: To protect our proprietary information and trade secrets, all employees are required to sign a con?dentiality agreement. This agreement outlines what information is considered con?dential, how it should be handled, and the consequences of breaching the agreement.

Evaluation and Review

 Your performance will be evaluated periodically to measure your contributions to the ?nancial operations and overall team effectiveness. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include: Effectiveness in Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Retention Rates, Accuracy of Employee Records, Compliance with Ethiopian Labor Laws, Quality of Training Programs, and Employee Satisfaction and Engagement.

 Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.  
• 4-5 years of experience in an HR Role.
• Proficiency in HR management software and systems.
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and employee management regulations.   
• Experience in recruitment, training programs, and employee performance evaluation.
