Showroom Salesperson

The Showroom Salesperson will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our furniture showroom. This position involves assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and service.

About the position:-  Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
 

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
•  Provide detailed information about furniture products, including materials, dimensions, and customization options.
•  Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products.

Sales and Product Knowledge:
 

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales.
•  Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's furniture lines and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
•  Demonstrate the features and benefits of products to customers.

Order Processing:
 

• Process sales transactions accurately using the company’s POS system.
•  Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders and deliveries.
•  Coordinate with the factory and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Customer Relationships:
 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
•  Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service quality.
•  Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Team Collaboration:
 Work closely with the marketing team to meet showroom goals.
Ms Office Profficiency
 Skilled in Ms office (excel, word,…) 
Type of employment
Full-time – With shifts (Monthly Salary + Bonus/incentive)

Qualifications

Education:
 High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework in sales, marketing, or interior design is a plus.

Experience:
 

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
   Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:
 

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•  Proficient in using POS systems and other sales-related software.
•  A keen eye for design and detail.
•  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
