β’ Oversee all aspects of the Human Resource and General Service department activities
β’ Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and addressing workplace issues.
β’ Administer employee benefits programs and oversee payroll processing.
β’ Coordinate and conduct employee training and development initiatives.
β’ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes.
β’ Handle confidential employee information and maintain data accuracy.
β’ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team.
β’ Participate in strategic HR planning and support the achievement of organizational goals.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
β’ Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 8 - 10 years in a similar role
β’ Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
β’ Strong leadership and team management skills.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Good knowledge of HR software and systems.
