Facility Service Manager

Job Summary: -

Facility service manager is accountable for services such as Security, Transport, Cleaning & gardening, Telephone & Office services, Vehicle Insurance, Visa administration, Air ticket & Hotel Booking, Vehicle Insurance & maintenance follow up, General & used materials store management, Canteen services that departments and employees need and generally make sure that the working environment is in a suitable condition.   

Key Responsibilities: -

Transport

• Ensure that Managers, Team Leaders, & Employees have got transport service as per the Company Policy,

• Follow up the renewal of vehicle and property insurances; claims if any and any changes in these types of insurances,

• Ensures that the company vehicles receive annual technical inspection and all other necessary legal and formal requirements are attended,

• In collaboration with Garage, prepare vehicle maintenance plan for all vehicles, monitor and follow the maintenance,

• Manage fuel usage through Normalization,

• Ensure that all company vehicles serve for only company purpose,

• Assure employees satisfaction on transport services delivered.

Security

• Monitors the entire security situation of the company & Borehole,

• Ensuring that all goods, Vehicles, employees & guests entering and leaving the brewery as per the company policy.

Canteen

• Ensures that canteen is operational times and provides a quality service as per the agreement,

• Maintains good housekeeping and cleanliness in the canteen, kitchen and  dining areas,

• Ensure employees satisfaction on canteen service through regular monitoring & satisfaction survey.

Safety & House keeping

• Plans, organizes and leads the office service requirements compound cleaning, gardening and compound protection services,

• Ensure insurance coverage for Vehicles & other properties under Facility service supervision and makes certain the renewal,

• Monitors and inspects the gardening and cleaning work in the compound and issues immediate instructions for any corrective actions,

• Ensure that all employees under Facility service properly use Uniform & PPE,

• Ensure that the basic facilities like water, light, Toilet and Change room sufficiently avail.

People Management

• Ensure that sufficient utilization of manpower across all services,

• Manage all his/her direct reports and outsource function workers discipline, performance review, coaching and development.

 Store Management

• Manage the General store & ensure that all general & consumable goods received and replenish timely keeping its quality,

• Follow all uniforms, PPE, cleaning equipment’s timely distributed to all employees & outsource functions. 

Other Services

• Supervises that telephone, printers, photocopy and other services are provided timely and properly across the plant, 

• Develops or assists with the development & implementation of policies & procedures to ensure efficient services.

• Prepares monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & annual performance reports of the Division,

• Performs other duties assigned by the Plant HR Manager.

• BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration or equivalent 

• At least 6 years relevant administrative, HR or general services experience with two years in a managerial position.
