Plans, organize, administers, coordinates and controls all the activities of the general technical service;
Ensures implementation of cost effective electrical, water works, AC system of head Office or all over the company;
Reviews and analyses all electrical, mechanical, Ac, and other related works and technical reports in connection with the building to direct supervisor;
Advises users on all electrical, water and Ac equipment performance, characteristics, usage, inspection or special maintenance needs;
Assigns and communicates information channel for all required house electrical, water plumbing and all general service-related activities;
Assess, prepares and submits to supervisor all daily claims, predictive incidents subject to maintenance and repair of general building technical areas;
Directs the investigation of accidents which is related to electrical mechanical and plumbing works, identifies the causes and costs incurred and submits report in a timely to immediate supervisor;
Provides technical assistance and professional guidance or materials of instructions to users;
Provides monitoring and controlling all activities which is related to power generating system of Head Office and main staff compound;
Follows up and controls Head Office electrical systems, controllers, central electrical Joints, barkers, contactors and different electrical facilities;
Records and controls all company asset which is related to general electrical, mechanical AC system equipment;
Arranges periodic Head Office building electrical, water repairing tool checks and organizes replacements / new items as required;
Prepares periodic reports to immediate supervisor;
Performs other similar activities as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or General Mechanic Industrial Electricity or other related fields with a minimum of 8 years of direct experience in General Mechanic Or similar positions.

Proven supervisory and technical skill with industry knowledge
Excellent communication (English, Arabic & others) and interpersonal relationship skills
Driving skills with good driving discipline
Free from illegal acts including alcohol and different addictions
Transparent and trustworthiness
Team building skills and has can do attitude.
