Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Landscape Maintenance and Follow Section Head to join our executive team. The Landscape Maintenance and Follow Section Head will be responsible for overseeing Performing landscaping maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, bed grooming, pruning, watering, fertilizing, blowing, weed control, and repair of irrigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all landscape maintenance tasks with a sense of pride and ownership adhering to established quality guidelines for daily property conditioning. Led landscape crews to achieve established goals through continuous training and mentoring.
• Monitoring, Allocating and Evaluating of Sino truck, back loader, Isuzu and other machinery
• Developing, following up on a technical proposal while collaborating with colleagues, and improving the department by using machinery or additional human labor if needed to develop productive task force, and follow up on daily and weekly basis 
• Reporting the overall progress of the department weekly, monthly and quarterly to immediate supervisor. 
• Implementing customer referral program to facilitate word-of-mouth advertising; encouraged customer referrals by offering incentives to the clients and referral discounts to new clients.
• Constructing paths or paved areas, walls, rockeries, ponds and water features, sheds, and fences across the park.
• Performing landscaping maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing, watering, blowing, weed control, and repair of irrigation.
• Planning and supervising landscape maintenance activities according to schedules, standards, and procedures.
• Assigning daily tasks to the maintenance crew ensuring the crew delivers top-quality projects on time.
• Answering customer inquiries regarding methods, material, and price ranges.
• Developing nursery by distributing the needed taskforce and follow up on planting seeding and minimize the taxation.
• Assisting any task that assigned by the immediate supervisor.

 Qualifications:

• MSc/BSc in plant science/Environmental Science, Botanist Minimum of 5-7 years on supervision Head or as a team leader.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus.
