Business Controller (MT-1)

Responsibility
Leadership

• Lead/manage team -  direction and mobilizing, performance management and team development
• Feedback, recognition/reward and continues improvement 

Functional

• Coordinate the forecasting/planning/budgeting and resource allocation process
• Manage pricing, margin and revenue management (by category, by revenue line item)
• Manage cost/expenses/efficiency management (by company, function and sub-function)
• P&L analysis/management (P&L by function vs. budget and trend) 
• Profitability analysis (by category, by revenue line item, by project)
• Proces improvement and internal audit 
• Support the FM in managing company financial health (P&L, CF, BS)
• Coordinate corporate, board and other periodic management reports 
• Grant/Donation funds accounting and reporting 

Business Partnering

• Support the FM in Risk management and opportunities/investment management 
• Business intelligence and market trends analysis 
• Strategic and operational business partnering 
  Bridge core functions and support functions with accounting and reporting team and rest of finance team 
• Trade terms management  

Education

• Finance and Accounting (minimum at BA level)

Experience

• 3 - 5 years’  experience Business/Financial control, Process improvement, Management Accounting and/or Planning & Budgeting
