Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to our company's success.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, finding solutions that meet their needs.
  • Process orders, payments, agreements, and account updates accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge, ensuring you can provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleague

  • BA graduate in a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Proven presentation and negotiating skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven time management skill
