The Senior HR Officer is expected to support the HR function by contributing to projects or areas of specialization by planning and executing assigned tasks and areas of responsibility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for advice and input across a wide range of HR concepts.
  • Manage the recruitment as per target hire date.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Maintain and follow up on concepts, tools, and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations.
  • Ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage payroll, compensation and benefits.
  • Support in competency development plans.
  • Support the collaboration of HR and internal stakeholders to strengthen. awareness of HR’s role and function in the company and build relationships that help
  • HR better support the business and its strategy.

Qualification:

 Education and Experience:

  • BA degree in any field of study.
  • A minimum of four years experience as an HR professional.
  • Experience with and a good understanding of HR software systems.
  • HR Management knowledge.
