Customer Support Engineer

• Provide technical support to tcustomers 
• Collect feedback from customers to improve the after sales services
• Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
• Maintain accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
• Assess service statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
• Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

• BSC degree in Automotive  Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 - 8 years of proven experience in heavy machinery inspection and maintenance and customer service.
• Age: 30 - 35 years
• Outstanding written and verbal Communication Skills.
• Good understanding of customer service management practices and techniques.
• Proficiency in Computer skill
