Have full knowledge of cafeteria outlet menus

Uphold all safety and sanitation policies in the cafeteria outlet

Support staff by working the busiest shifts and covering all positions when needed

Responsible and efficient control on cafeteria activities.

Daily pass-on to cafeteria outlet

Hold daily lineups with staff and communicative cafeteria and department objectives

Assist with all phases of cafeteria operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in proper working order

Closely monitor opening and closing procedures for the facility

Assist with staffing/scheduling requirements for the cafeteria

Must have a strong attention to detail strong customer service skills

Requires practice of proper health sanitation and good math skill ability to make change

Ba degree required, preferably in culinary arts

Knowledge in cooking, menu planning, costing, ordering and scheduling of kitchen workers

Knowledge of inventory control, supplies, equipment, and food production

Skills in leadership, management, employee and performance management
