Administrative Specialist

1. Assist the local administrative manager in handling company ticketing, visas, ID & work permit processing, and hotel reservations;
2. Manage, update, maintain, and register the use of seals and certificates in the Addis office;
3. Assist in the daily administrative file management of the Addis office; Manage administrative and logistics contract agreements effectively; Cooperate in reporting, organizing, and archiving correspondence with the Ministry of Mining;
4. Cooperate in daily office management, including workstation arrangement, 6S management of office environment, storage and distribution of office supplies, and other related work;
5. Cooperate in coordinating the dispatch of vehicles and drivers during work hours;
6. Assist in handling the reimbursement of administrative and logistics related expenses;
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by the direct superior.

• Educational background - Undergraduate or above (Priority given to masters degree or above).
• Major - HR management, administrative management or related fields
• Experience - More than three (3) years of administrative management work experience , for fresh graduates having internship experience in large enterprises.
• Age - Under 30 years old
