HR Specialist

1. Assist in developing and implementing employee recruitment plans;
2. Assist in developing and implementing employee training plans, including onboarding training, job training, and career development planning;
3. Assist in designing and implementing attendance and performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and reward and punishment mechanisms, implement attendance management requirements, and promote the improvement and optimization of employee performance;
4. Assist in implementing the salary and benefits system formulated by the holding company to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Cooperate to maintain and promote internal employee relationships, handle employee complaints and disputes.
6. Assist in managing the employee resignation process, including resignation procedures, resignation interviews, and resignation investigations, to ensure the smooth progress of the resignation process.
7. Manage employee files and personnel information, including the collection, storage, and confidentiality management of employee information.
8. Participate in company culture and team building activities to enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion.
9. Familiarize oneself with and comply with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the company's human resource management work complies with regulatory and company policy requirements.

• Educational background - Under graduate or above (Priority given to masters degree or above)
• Major - HR management, Management or related fields
• Experience - At least five (5) years HR experience, (priority is given to intermediate and above level professional titles)
• Age - Under 35 years old
