IT Manager

1. Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting services to solve problems encountered by employees when using computers, networks, printers, and office software;
2. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the company's IT system and network equipment, including the maintenance and updates of hardware equipment such as servers, routers, switches, etc., timely replenishing various consumables such as printer cartridges, and ensuring the normal operation of all hardware facilities;
3. Responsible for the installation, updating, and upgrading of company software, ensuring the updating and security of software versions used by employees;
4. Manage the company's internal local area network (LAN) and Internet access to ensure the stability and security of the network;
5. Responsible for backing up important company data, ensuring data security and integrity, and being able to perform data recovery operations in a timely manner;
6. Responsible for the security protection of the company's information system, including virus protection, firewall settings, and security policy formulation;
7. Provide relevant technical training and guidance to employees to enhance their information technology application ability and security awareness;
8. Write relevant technical reports and documents, record system maintenance and troubleshooting processes, and form technical documentation materials;
9. Complete monthly communication fee recharge and related payment and reimbursement processing for Chinese and local employees.

• Educational background - Under graduate or above (Priority given to masters degree or above)
• Major - Computer science, Information Engineering, IT Management or related fields
• Experience - At least five (5) years IT manager experience, (priority is given to intermediate and above level professional titles)
• Age - Under 35 years old
