Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Camp Administrator for  to join our team at Jimma. The Camp Administrator will be responsible for Supervises campers and ensures their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being. Maintains a schedule for camp participants. Facilitates and creates lesson plans for daily activities. Organizes and leads various small and large group activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
• Keep records and reports up to date.
• Help maintain the budget plan.
• Organize and schedule meetings and events.
• Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities.
• Handle technical issues in their area of expertise.

• BSc in Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years on administration position.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skill
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
