Job Summary
The Senior HR Officer - Compensation & Benefit develop and administered organization’s compensation and benefit programs. She/ He will oversee and manage the payroll process, incentive plans, salary structure and bonus programs
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPETENCIES: -
Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs
Excellent interpersonal skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of working in MS-office & Internet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior knowledge in developing manuals and policies
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachler's Degree in Management, Human resource management and other related fields.
Experience:
Min 4 years of experience in Human resource management with minimum of 2 years as compensation and benefit management.
