Job Summary

The Senior HR Officer - Compensation & Benefit develop and administered organization’s compensation and benefit programs. She/ He will oversee and manage the payroll process, incentive plans, salary structure and bonus programs

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • She/ He will have to monitor, review and recommend employee pay and benefits 
  • She/He will create and implement employees pay and benefits polices to keep them competitive. 
  • Oversees the payroll process, pension and employee benefit. 
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with company pay structure. 
  • Support in conduct salary survey to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Support in design and propose fair and attractive bonus programs. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the benefit packages in terms of employee satisfaction. 
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees. 
  • Conduct job evaluation to ascertain scope of employees’ experience and responsibility requirements and advice on remuneration packages. 
  • Administers employee insurance programs including health insurance plans.
  • Recommends new grading and salary scale as required. 
  • Support in develop compensation and reward strategies that attract and retain talent.
  • Support the HR team with talent development and recruitment activities. 
  • Any other related task assigned by HOD. 

COMPETENCIES: -

  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Good knowledge of working in MS-office & Internet.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Prior knowledge in developing manuals and policies 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachler's Degree in Management, Human resource management and other related fields.

Experience:

  • Min 4 years of experience in Human resource management with minimum of 2 years as compensation and benefit management.
