Job Summary for Executive Manager

• Routine Management: Responsible for handling routine matters on behalf of the CEO.

• Stakeholder Communication: Assists in the preparation of reports for stakeholders, responds to stakeholder requests in consultation with the CEO, and maintains minutes of senior management meetings.

• Decision Classification: Classifies decisions as programmed and non-programmed for effective decision-making.

• Special Assignments: Manages special assignments as delegated by the CEO, providing support to enable the CEO to focus on strategic and critical matters.

• Sector Updates: Keeps the CEO informed about significant developments in the financial sector.

• Experience Requirements: Must have extensive experience in payments, banking, and related fields, with proven experience in managerial positions. Proficiency in writing business proposals, annual plans, budgets, and Board reports is essential.

• Technical Expertise: Requires an excellent understanding of payment systems, domestic schemes, mobile wallets, digital money, and IT systems.

• BA/MBA/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Economics or related fields of studies 
• 8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in senior officer positions.
