Job description
• As the owner of training operation and implementation, streamline and manage all training delivery phases.
• Manage training schedule and training resources.
• Posses excellent Verbal Communication. Presentation and facilitation skills to engage trainees
• Ensure the implementation of training courses, customer satisfaction and improve trainees' learning experience.
• Understand responsibilities and assessment standards of technical trainer.
• Implement, manage training and teaching process to ensure high-quality and efficiency of training delivery operation.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and ensure a good learning experience for customers.
• Provide necessary training delivery operation support to the customers.
• Develop and Implement Training Schedules and delivery plans to ensure efficient and effective program execution.
Requirement
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer & Software Engineering, IT or other related fields.
• Good communication and coordination skills, and able to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
• Understand basic principles of learning and capability development, project management knowledge and process development, be able to design training service delivery solutions and operate learning projects.
• Fresh graduate with excellent academic result and passionate learning attitude is encouraged to apply.
