Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sanitary Engineer to join our engineering team. The Sanitary Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, site assessments,, and maintaining systems that ensure the safe and efficient disposal of waste and the provision of clean water.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines. 
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of sanitation systems. 
• Participate in community outreach and education programs. 
• Review and approve project plans and specifications. 
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sanitation technology. 
• Design and oversee the construction of waste treatment facilities. 
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best locations for sanitation systems.
• Develop and implement plans for waste disposal and water treatment. 
• Collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and public health officials. 
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sanitation systems. 
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes.
• Conduct research to improve existing sanitation technologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years with proven work experience.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
