DROGA PHARMA PLC is an import, distributor and commission agent for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in the territory of Ethiopia.
Our Company established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently we have a total of 400+ Employee with different professional background and work Experience. And now Droga Pharma PLC as a business unit,establishing chain of pharmacies all over Ethiopia.
Main roles and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing professional relationships with already existing customers as well as cultivating new ones
- Meet and/or exceed Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly sales target
- Assess the territory’s market potential and efficiently utilize resources accordingly
- Build positive relationships and work well in harmony with the team of the organization such as marketing, finance, operation, and delivery team
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Recommend marketing strategies to achieve set target
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads and follow up on the existing leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with customers
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Communicate customer complaints or issues with products to management
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospect
- Prepare and submit activity and sales plans and reports on a timely manner
- Always be ready to learn more about the product, customer and the market
- Suggest or recommend new products to company based on the customers’ needs
- Assess competitors activity regularly including but not limited to their pricing, product availability, promotional methods, involvement in sponsorships and communicate with management
- Actively follow through on a sales order
- Advocate on behalf of the customer to the company
- Advocate on behalf of the company to the customer
- Prepare and update master call list
- Stay informed about activities within the scope or area such as annual conferences, establishment of or expansion of health facilities
- Proper use of the company’s resources such as different modules of odoo to facilitate work and achieve target
- Maintain a good understanding of the product inventory to provide a timely response to customers and communicate any needed changes with management
- Represent the company during events such as annual conferences
- Providing high-quality and professional customer service throughout the sales process
- BA Degree in nursing
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working as a surgical scrub nurse
