We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our dental specialty Center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive
• Managing patient appointments and schedules
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Handling patient inquiries and providing accurate information
• Processing patient check-ins and check-outs
• Maintaining patient records and updating information
• Coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth dental operations.

Qualifications:

• Level IV on reception or  related filed 
• Two years of  experience on reception  
• Good  knowledge of communication and reception  practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
