Amenities Manager

• Ensure that the company's existing infrastructure remains in good condition and is compliant with safety regulations. 
• Responsible for keeping buildings properly maintained, clean and safe. 
• Coordinating all maintenance issues and schedule. 
• Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections. Checks completed work by vendors and contractors. Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical etc
• Responsible for the swimming pools cleaning, chemical and maintaince schedule 
• Aid tenants by guiding them with the facilities (gym, sauna, steam etc)

Job location: Bole Rwanda

Reports to: Operations Manager

Salary: Negotiable 

Start Date: Immediatley 

Working Hour: Tuesday - Sunday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) Monday - No work

Gender: Male 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a amenity manager 
• Diploma or Degree in any field 
• Good communication skills 
• Language required Amharic & English
