The Industrial Projects Service (IPS) is a government enterprise engaged in various fields of consultancy and training services. For the above purpose, we are seeking to establish and maintain a roaster file of individual professionals or firms to be hired as associate consultant as and when desired. Therefore, applicants in the following fields/areas of specialization are welcomed to apply.

For all position, applicants’ should have at least Master degree.
Applicants’ who has Competency Certificate in the respective profession and/or work license is Advantageous.

1	Technology & Engineering	2.1 Environmental Impact Assessment	Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering (Doing their thesis on environment)	Experience in Providing at least three Impact Assessment consultancy
		2.2 IT	Software engineering, Computer Science, Information technology, Electrical and Computer engineering and related	Experience in developing at least three software development, (application software)
		2.3 Fixed Asset Valuation	Engineering, Mining and Geology Part Electrical (Communication, Power. Etc.), Mechanical (Thermal, Process…Etc.), Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Electro- mechanical, Hydraulic/Irrigation, Environmental, Geology, Mining Engineer…etc.	Experience in at least Three Valuation works [experience in damage assessment, Mineral reserve estimation can be taken as a plus]
			Health Sector Medical, Pharmaceutical, Nursing, Medical Laboratory, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry (Science)	Experience in at least Three Valuation works
			Agriculture and Soil Plant Science (Crop….), Animal Science, Soil	Experience in at least Three Valuation works [specially valuation of parks, zoo and aquarium animals has an addition value]
		2.4 Feasibility studies	Engineering, Mining and Geology Part Electrical (Communication, Power. .Etc.), Mechanical (Thermal, Process…Etc.), Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Electro mechanical, Hydraulic/Irrigation, Environmental, Geology, Mining Engineer…etc.	Experience in at least Two Feasibility works, [specially on Cement, Metal, Sugar, Plastic, chemical industries as well as Mining and Mineral processing industry experience is taken as an advantage]
			Health Sector Medical, Pharmaceutical, Nursing, Medical Laboratory, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry (Science)	Experience in at least Two Feasibility works [specially experience in Pharmaceutical, and Veterinary medicine industry is preferred]
			Agriculture and Soil Plant Science (Crop….), Animal Science, Soil	Experience in at least Two Feasibility works [Experience in plantation, marine (aquatic, wild animals have additional value]
