Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Electro mechanical department manager to join our electro mechanical team. The electro mechanical manager will be responsible on managing directing and monitoring electro mechanical task logistics and related tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project design, development, and validation usually associated with lighting related products and services.
• Documentation, specification of materials and components, development and control of project design plan, project scheduling and budgeting, product cost estimates and quotations, product design, customer interfacing for product scope and validation, and continual product improvement through technology, processing, and cost reduction.
• Regular interface and relationship development with customers.
• Understand quality and State safety regulations.
•  Knowledge of changing products in the marketplace 
• Managing budgets, forecasting, and allocating resources to help meet business and strategic goals
• Collect design and operational data of the existing electro mechanical equipments / systems and review their operational performances, and make recommendations for the operational efficiency
  improvements.
•  Prepare designs and specifications, as well as cost estimates for all remedial actions
  recommended for the operational efficiency improvements, and submit reports seeking approval to proceed.
•  Preparation of the technical specifications and bill of quantities are to be incorporated to the tender documents of the electromechanical equipments to be procured under the projects.
• Take part in the bid evaluation process in the contractor selections for the electromechanical supply and installation services.
• Verifications of imported electro mechanical equipment at projects site for specification compliance prior to installations.
• Supervision of installation of the electro mechanical equipments / systems ensuring the works are carried out as per the design specifications and contracts administrations of installation works.
• Checking and certifying of contractor’s progress payment claims in respect of electro mechanical items.
• Project implementation coordination with the Government and other project stakeholders.
•  Testing and commissioning of electro mechanical equipment / systems on completion of
  installations, and the preparation of the commissioning and client’s hand-over reports.
• Prepare works progress reports and contract close-out reports.
•  Training of the water corporation staff on operation and maintenance tasks, and records keeping.
• Maintenance of electro mechanical parts. 
• Review the electromechanical assets / systems operational performances produce reports and follow up on any warranty maintenance as required.
• Reconciliation of imported electro mechanical equipments on completion of project as directed by

• MSc/BSc in Electro Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years for BSC or 8 years work experience for MSC.
