We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Company Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Position Summary:

The Company Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks across all business segments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual

with a can-do attitude, proficient in Microsoft 365, and able to learn online systems quickly. The ideal candidate will be fluent and accurate in both written and

spoken English and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organise company files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle database entry and management with accuracy and attention to detail.

Compliance and Audit:

  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Communication:

  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth business operations.

Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

Proactive Contributions:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in various projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new online systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a high degree of accuracy and fluency.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Ideal Candidate:
  • Recently graduated from a university program OR with adequate work experience – all applications welcome
  • Experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a small business with diverse operations and opportunities for growth.
