Digital Marketing and Media Officer

The Digital Marketing and Media Officer is responsible for managing the organization’s online marketing campaigns and social media presence. Key duties include:

• Digital Strategy Implementation: Creating and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and websites, to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. This includes A/B testing, tracking conversion rates, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Content Management: Overseeing the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Community Engagement: Actively engaging with online communities, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Brand Consistency: Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that all digital communications are consistent with the brand’s messaging and identity.

Salary

The gross salary for Digital Marketing and Media Officers is ETB 23,275.86 monthly.
