Resource Manager

The Resource Manager is responsible for the strategic management and optimization of all company resources, ensuring that financial, human, physical, and operational assets are utilized efficiently to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure optimal allocation of financial resources across projects and departments.
• Human Resource Management: Collaborate with the HR department to manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Property Management: Ensure the effective maintenance and utilization of company properties and assets, including facilities and equipment, to support operational needs.
• General Services Oversight: Coordinate and manage general services such as IT support, administrative functions, and facility management to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Security Management: Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard company assets, personnel, and sensitive information, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Resource Allocation: Analyze and forecast resource needs for various projects, ensuring that the right resources are available at the right time to meet project deadlines.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track resource utilization and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on resource allocation efficiency and areas for improvement.
• Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve resource conflicts and bottlenecks, facilitating communication between departments to ensure collaborative problem- solving.

Qualifications Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in resource management, project management, or operations management, with a focus on financial and human resources.

Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with resource management software and financial management tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess resource needs and optimize allocation effectively.
