Job Description
Key Performance Measures
Drive new/new sales and reconnects and active days within the existing customer base.
Drive consideration among non-Pay TV and competitors customers
Convert customer demand across various channels and touchpoints
Improve and continuously develop best practices in media strategy based on learnings and market.

Key tasks
Set the overall marketing comms calendar for the team with clear objectives
Work across a range of marketing activities to meet new customer acquisition targets
Track, monitor and assess performance of all marketing activities to generate new subscribers.
Work with team to improve reporting capabilities, marketing dashboards and develop understanding of related metrics
Maximize response by media and by campaign through continuous testing and optimization
Support on detailed and strategic media plans execution in line with market demands
Develop & nurture 3rd party relationships, build effective working relationships with existing providers and vendors
Lead the execution of all retail, POS and merchandising including decoders
Take a lead role in planning and implementing seasonal cross-sell promotions and ensure activities drive good customer behaviors (dont drive high risk high churn profiles)
Report back on performance against agreed KPIs to senior management
Along lead the forecasting and budgeting process for in-country marketing budgeting
Manage campaign budgets, channels and expenditures with Brand Managers and Regional Marketing
Managers to meet efficiency targets
Take responsibility for the management and ongoing coaching of your direct reports & ensure the team implements their plans as agreed
Share best practice with the wider business & drive continued innovation
Job Requirements
Qualifications&Experience
Degree in Marketing or related field
Post Grad Qualification or Equivalent Qualifications in Marketing or Business Management
A minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in consumer electronics, FMCG etc
Media planning experience
Campaign Execution and BTL experience
Technical Competencies
Strong analytical and commercial understanding
Excellent budgeting and business forecasting knowledge
Understanding of Pay TV
Knowledge of agency briefing
Knowledge and understanding of operations, and trade marketing
Strong understanding of market and customers
Project management skills
