Duties and Responsibilities
- Collection Of Daily Report from Production Department
- Recording Day to day production in system.
- Preparing Cost of Production for the produced item
- Follow up stock issue vouchers are posted properly.
- Control purchase goods are stored at factory
- Produce reconciliation with product report.
- Preparation of cost of goods report
- Stock analysis
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Planning organizing and prioritizing
- Ability to take initiative and work with creativity and flexibility
- Strong commitment to meet reporting deadlines
- Monthly bank reconciliation of all accounts, Sales reconciliation, Purchase recon Petty cash reconciliation and etc. Support the daily clearing of balances in the system.
- Monitor and lead the daily reconciliation of outstanding debtor and creditor positions, coordinating appropriate follow-up actions to ensure timely payment. Support the daily clearing of balances in the system.
- Manage outstanding receivables, including monitoring and tracking accounts receivable balances, and working with sales teams to ensure timely payment and recoverability.
- Follows up the evaluation and analysis of monthly trial balances, quarterly statements of income and expenditure account and of any other financial information and the provision of qualified information for management decision making;
- Closely follow up the timely collection of receivables and payment of payables and make sure that all receivables are payables are fully cleared at the end of every quarter and no balance is carried forward.

Education:
- Minimum of BA degree in accounting and finance from a recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience for a private organization with a background in reporting and internal control.
Technical skills:
- fluent in Amharic and English (speaking and writing), analytical, strong financial knowledge and skills and knowledge of the relevant regulations, proficient skills in using Microsoft office especially Excel and able to plan effectively and efficiently.
Social skills:
- high level of integrity and accountability, ambitious and hard-working, eager to learn, good feedback mentality, very strong communications skills, structured and a team player.
Attention to detail:
- the candidate should have a keen eye for detail to ensure that financial data is accurate and complete.
Problem-solving skills:
- the candidate should have strong problem-solving skills to be able to identify and resolve financial issues and discrepancies.
Candidates are required to have good references.
Candidates who have worked for an international company and have experience in a FMC company are preferred.
