Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant (General Service Assistant) to join our General Service team. The Office Assistant (General Service Assistant) will be responsible for handling clerical related tasks in our office.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and document management.
• Assist the fleet management.
• Follow up of maintenance/service time of vehicles.
• Follow up of office elements, security guards and drivers. 
• Follow up fuel and other utilities.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.

• BA degree in management, Accounting or BSc degree in mechanical management.
• At least 2 years work experience on related position.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
