Main Cashier

Responsibility

Main Cashier is responsible for overseeing all cashier operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions, maintaining a balanced cash register, providing excellent customer service, and supporting other cashiers. The role includes handling complex transactions, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with financial procedure

Key Responsibilities:

• Write check based on the approval payment Voucher
• Process payment which involve ensuring payment are adequately supported by document
• Ensure the required documentation and authorization is presented before effecting payment
• Confirm supporting document are completed before effecting payment
• Prepare petty cash payment voucher PCPV
• Check payment request and document before check and transfer letter prepare and prepare cash and bank payment voucher for all approval payment
• Ensure the availability of petty cash in the safe box time/take petty cash
• Replenished petty cash fund 
• Perform other job-related duties as assign by the company.

Reports To: Finance and Procurement

Type of Employment: Permanent

Salary: Negotiable

Qualification: 

• Diploma/Level 4 Accounting, accounting and Finance or related field Work 

Experience: 

• 2 years related role in manufacturing Company
