Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage service and production, and  wellness facilities  
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and maintain high service standards
• Manage and mentor a team of department supervisors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Monitor operational KPIs, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue optimization
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs, manage scheduling, and ensure adequate coverage 24/7
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's physical assets, including guest rooms, public spaces, and infrastructure
• Respond to and resolve complex guest issues, complaints, and escalations
• Analyze operational data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the hotel's overall business objectives

Salary 

• As per the company scale 

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, preferably in a similar sized hotel or resort
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field
• Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage a diverse team and interact with guests
• Proficient in using hotel management software, data analysis tools, and budgeting/forecasting applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
