Responsibilities

• Prepare cheque payment vouchers after the procedures are fulfilled.

• When petty cash fund reaches 25%, request replenishment and submit the vouchers with supporting documents such as receipts, invoices, PR, GRN and others

• Make deposits to bank intact and in time Prepare bank draft, CPO and make bank transfer

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable and payable, and expense reports.

• Manage accounts payable activities, including processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.

• Perform payments to Inland Revenue VAT, Income Tax, WHT and Pension Tax

• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain a healthy cash flow position.

• Assist in tax compliance activities, including calculating and filing tax (income tax, withholding tax, etc.).

• Prepare and update inventory summary.

•  Bank Reconciliation

• Collect and issue cash receipt vouchers for collections from different sources other than Sales

Job requirement: 

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an Accountant 
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Word and Excel.

Experience Level: 

• Intermediate minimum 2+ years
