About the Job

AMMARS Trading Ltd wants to recruit for the sales Representative position.

JOB PURPOSE: 

  • The purpose of this job is to grow and exceed the sales volumes of various products for the segments in line with the company strategies and goals.

MAJOR DUTIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE: -

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals (volumes) within designated areas by assigning individual targets to accounts and tracking the performance.
  • End to end tracking of retailers/dealerā€™s orders from receipt to delivery by close coordination with operations.
  • Coordinating appropriate and timely response to customer complaints and concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Creating brand awareness at the stations and customers of AMMARS Products in the assigned areas.
  • Generating Leads and tracking conversion to sales.
  • Market intelligence to enable decision in product specifications, pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Maintaining retail customers Records
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Execute any instruction that is related to business given by an immediate supervisor.

About You

Job Requirement

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelorā€™s degree in business, marketing or related fields.
  • 2-3 years experience in sales of lubricant oil, spare parts and similar business. 
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent reporting skill
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including all Microsoft applications.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.ā€™
