Job Specifications:

Security Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for facilities.
• Regularly assess and update security protocols based on emerging threats.

Team Management:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the security team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Risk Assessments:

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Implement measures to mitigate identified risks.

Technology Utilization:

• Leverage technology for effective security monitoring and surveillance.
• Stay updated on advancements in security technology.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to security.
• Work closely with law enforcement agencies and external security partners.

Budget Management:

Incident Response:

• Develop and implement incident response protocols.

Vendor Management:

Required Number: 4 (Four)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) are advantageous.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in security management, preferably in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of overseeing security operations for diverse environments

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and develop a security team.
• Experience in fostering a culture of safety and security.

Regulatory Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to security.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

• Proven ability to assess and mitigate security risks.
• Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
