Job Specifications:

Maintenance Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for facilities.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to optimize efficiency.

Team Management:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the maintenance team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Project Oversight:

• Oversee maintenance projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project requirements.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control.
• Monitor and report on budget performance.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building maintenance.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and update practices accordingly.

Vendor Relations:

• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure quality service.

Emergency Response:

• Develop and implement emergency response plans for maintenance-related issues.
• Coordinate drills and training for maintenance staff.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement in maintenance operations.
• Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.

Reporting:

• Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, expenses, and improvement projects.
• Communicate updates to senior management or stakeholders as needed.

Technology Utilization:

• Leverage technology for efficient maintenance planning, tracking, and reporting.

Required Number: 3 (Three)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in maintenance management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of overseeing maintenance operations for various facilities.

Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a diverse maintenance team.
• Experience in developing and mentoring staff.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to building maintenance.
• Experience ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Project Management:

• Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects.
• Experience in budgeting and cost management for maintenance activities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
