Maintenance Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for facilities.
- Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to optimize efficiency.
Team Management:

Education:

- Proven track record of overseeing maintenance operations for various facilities.
Technical Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a diverse maintenance team.
- Experience in developing and mentoring staff.

- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to building maintenance.
