Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: A master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required. A B.Ed. combined with significant leadership experience may also be considered.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role, preferably in a private school setting. Experience as a Vice Director, Principal, or similar role is highly desirable.

Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators and support staff, with a strong focus on achieving academic and operational goals.

Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance educational outcomes and school performance.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teachers, students, parents, and the broader school community.

Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
