Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to support sales planning and budgeting processes.
Collaborate with the CVM team to analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value to enhance customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer service operations, including call center performance, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Lead the development and implementation of KPIs and dashboards to monitor key business metrics and performance indicators.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and market expansion efforts.
Communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization through clear and concise presentations and reports.
Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to drive team performance and engagement.
Lead and coordinate a team of analysts embedded within the sales, CVM, and service departments, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Establish and enforce best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy across teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to analysts, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for analytical inquiries and projects within the sales, CVM, and service departments.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to prioritize analytical initiatives and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.
Monitor analyst workload and capacity, adjusting staffing levels as needed to support fluctuations in demand and project requirements.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing among analysts to leverage collective expertise and drive innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities within the organization.
Act as a liaison between the analytics team and departmental stakeholders, advocating for the importance of data-driven decision-making and promoting a culture of analytics excellence.
Represent the analytics team in meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions, articulating the value of analytics in driving business outcomes and informing strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent within the analytics team, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the organization's values and priorities.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven 5 years experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within commercial environment.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques for analyzing large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Experience in people management, including team leadership, performance management, and talent development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certification in business analytics or relevant field is a plus.
