Job Description:

• Making sure people know about the lodge, its amenities and services.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
• develop and oversee different types of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and make the appropriate adjustments.
• Expected to have a proven track record of helping increase revenue and build brand awareness and loyalty
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Manage the hotel's meeting room bookings and ensure they are properly coordinated
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and expand professional network
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Salary: As per the company Scale

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field,
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• should have strong research skills, knowledge about the hotel industry 
• be able to succinctly sum up what your employer can do to attract customers and create customer loyalty
• should be social-media savvy and stay current with changes in marketing trends and activities
• able to identify and resolve problems, 
• work well on your own as well as with others, 
• must have a can-do attitude 
• Able to develop relationships with third-party vendors
