Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of the  food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
• Manage and schedule food and beverage staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and optimal service
• Ensure all food and drink orders are prepared and delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage costs to maintain profitability
• Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and rules , regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest complaints or issues
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and develop new food and drink offerings
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Train and develop food and beverage staff on service standards, product knowledge, and upselling techniques

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Flexible schedule to accommodate extended operating hours
