Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans

• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the supervisor

• Conduct market research to identify selling and marketing possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

• Actively identify and evaluate marketing efforts and provide insight to the management 

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services in the mobile money (digital) market

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

• Critically select advertising channels against the business and social value 

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

• Participate in content development

• Organize company events

• Prepare inputs for digital marketing 
  
  
   

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Some Knowledge of mobile money

• Some Knowledge of Digital Marketing 

• Some Knowledge of Content writing 

• Some knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva and other Graphics Tools

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations 

• Fast learner with and passion for sales and marketing

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
   

  Educational Requirements:·          

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Business Management , or related fields of study
