Key responsibility

• Apply the health and safety rules. 
• Incoming barley sampling and preparation for further tests.
• Deculmed and before deculming malt sampling and preparation for further tests.
• Sampling of other non-routine samples as assigned by the function.
• Managing the retention, storage, and disposition of samples as per the company policy.
• Performing daily cleaning for lab rooms & equipment and maintain 5s in the lab.
• Perform a weekly survey for pest traps and report to the line manager.
• Execute any related tasks given by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in food science and related field of study.
• One-year relevant experience in related Industry.
