Job Summary 

The Organizational Methods Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and change management principles. The Organizational Methods Manager collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop interventions that support organizational growth and development. The role involves leading team(s), conducting in-depth analysis, and driving organizational changes

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify areas for improvement in organizational structure, processes, and systems. 

  • Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.

  • Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.

  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Department Heads, and employees to identify and address organizational changes

  • Assess and recommend changes to organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and teams to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities to contribute effectively to organizational improvement efforts.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventions.

  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational Methods initiatives.

  • Provide training to ensure full understanding of the processes, procedures, and operating Model

  • Work closely with IT function during the process of digitalization when required

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned 

People Management

  • Hire and train Organizational Methods Officers.
  • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.

COMPETENCIES: - 

  • Strong understanding of organizational Methods principles, theories, and best practices 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to analyze complex organizational issues and develop data-driven solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training programs and workshops.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of organizational issues and develop effective interventions.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to navigate and manage organizational change.

  • Proficient in using various organizational Methods tools and assessments.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive change and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or engineering. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in organizational Methods, change management, or a related field.
  • Certification in organizational development or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience in working in a diverse and multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement and change management of which 2 years in a managerial role.
