                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         This is a full-time on-site role for an 'After Sales Service Specialist' Our company is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The 'After Sales Service Specialist' will be responsible for providing support and resolving issues for customers post-purchase, maintenance, and payment collection. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing product returns and exchanges, follow-up warranty due dates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.    

    ?Duties and Responsibilities:
o Prepare and manage handover documentation for completed projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Coordinate with project teams and clients to facilitate the handover process.
o Ensure all necessary documents, manuals, warranties, and certifications are included in the handover package.
o Conduct final inspections and ensure all project deliverables are met before handover.
o Maintain detailed records of handover documentation and client communications.
o Address any client concerns or issues during the handover process.
o Arrange and provide support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of delivered systems.
o Monitor and follow up on service and maintenance requests from clients.
o Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests.
o Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities, including client communications and actions taken.
o Prepare regular reports on service and maintenance status and performance.
o Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues.
o Ensure compliance with service level agreements and company policies.
Assist with identifying and implementing improvements to service and maintenance processes.                                                                                                              

Qualifications
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
? Previous experience in a customer service or after-sales role is preferred
? Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer support
? Fluency in local languages may be advantageous
