KK PLC is a privately owned company engaged in the textile industry, specially in the production of acrylic fabrics and blankets in addition to our textile operation, KK PLC is heavily involved in the import and export business, focusing on coffee, oilseeds, and pulses and cereals and also ventured into real-estate development, where we are actively engaged in developing high quality residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a General Manager with passion of a dynamic and experienced who can lead our operations and drive continued success across these diverse sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of our acrylic and blanket operation, coffee, sesame, pulse and oil seeds export, and real estate operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, Banks and regulatory bodies.
- Identify, bring and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Managing Director and Board members.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BSc/MA/MBA/MSc/PhD degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/Business Administration or related field of study.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in the coffee, sesame, pulse and other oil seeds export, textile or related factory experience, and real estate development management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing complex businesses.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
