KK PLC is a privately owned company engaged in the textile industry, especially in the production of acrylic fabrics and blankets in addition to our textile operation, kk plc. is heavily involved in the import and export business, focusing on coffee, oilseeds, and pulses and cereals and also ventured into real-estate development, where we are actively engaged in developing high quality residential and commercial properties, we are looking for Project manager with passion of a dynamic and experienced who can lead our operations and drive continued success across these diverse sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage real estate projects from the initial stage through to final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Design Management: Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure that project designs meet the required standards and client expectations.
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the well-known real estate industry.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes from initial design to project completion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
