Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across various online channels. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, driving traffic to our website, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing:
Create and curate compelling content (including blog posts, articles, Info graphics, social media posts, email campaigns) that aligns with our brand strategy and target audience.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and track campaign performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic to our website.
Email Marketing:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and crafting engaging emails to promote products/services, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
Web Analytics:
Analyze website traffic, track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, time on site), and identify areas for improvement. Leverage data to optimize digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
Campaign Management:
Develop, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Track campaign performance and budget allocation, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Stay Up to Date:
Research and stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Digital marketing role, preferably with a proven track record of success.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
Creativity & Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to create engaging and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Organization and Time Management: Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
