Qualification

• BA Degree Secretarial science or related filed  

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Greets and welcome guests and visitors as soon as the arrive at the office 
• Assist manager’s day to day activates 
• Booking
• Prepare reports and materials for publications and presentations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Excellent time management Skills
• Availability of coffee, tea, etc. for Immediate Supervisors and his Guests
• Arrange travel and accommodation for high managers and his guests
• Provides high level administrative support and assistance for H/R managers
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting Letters, memos, minutes for high level managers 

Experience 

• Degree 5 years out of which 3 years in senior secretary position
• Diploma 8 years out of which 4 years in senior secretary position
