Office Engineer

Job’s General Objective

• The Office Engineer is some one who provides technical information to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related installation problems

key Duties & responsibilities

• Preparing Interim (main) Payment & Sub Contract Payment.
• Preparing work schedule, Cost Analysis for the project
• Preparing Takeoff sheet & bar schedule Supervise and check construction activity on site.
• Prepare / process Daily, Weekly and monthly plan & report.
• Should be familiar with basic engineering software’s such as Auto cad, MS project,
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, contract document & bill of quantities thoroughly and confirm that they are free from error & implement them accordingly

Reports To:-       Project coordinator

Job Requirements     

• BSc Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management.
• 4 years experience from this 3 years of relevant experience in Building Construction, Structures(steel and concrete)  as an office engineer and at least 1 year of site experience 
• Qualifications for this job include a combination of career experience and skills
