Real Estate Project Manager

KK PLC is a privately owned company engaged in the real-estate development. we are currently  looking for a competent Real-estate project Manager –with passion of a dynamic and experienced who can lead our operations and drive continued success across these sectors

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage real estate projects from the initial stage through to final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure that project designs meet the required standards and client expectations.

- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Identify required roles from construction workers, engineers, architects, real-estate marketing and other teams.

Required Qualifications:

- BSc Degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the well-known real estate industry.

- Extensive knowledge of construction processes from initial design to project completion.

Salary and benefit packages:

- Competitive gross salary of birr 600,000 (six hundred thousand) per month.
